Return & Refund Policy
If it’s less than 2 days since we delivered, we’ll take it back. If more, we’re afraid we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.We’ll take the bottles back if: 1. It's in the same condition as it was when it was delivered, i.e. unused and its packaging intact. 2. If you’ve kept it refrigerated below 8 degree Celsius.
We’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. Email works.
Once we receive your return, we’ll email you. Then, we’ll inspect it. On the basis of which, we will let you know if your refund’s been approved or rejected. This shall be at the sole discretion of the management of Freshtrop Fruits Limited. Don’t worry, we don’t keep your money if we don’t deserve it.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We’ll take just seven working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Or get in touch with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
